*Get your product drivers, manuals, and warranty information. If the Wacom Desktop Center is running, it can be opened from the Task Bar on Windows, or from the Dock on Mac. If the Wacom Desktop Center is not running: It can be opened on Windows by selecting the Start Menu, opening the Wacom Tablet folder and selecting ’Wacom Desktop Center’.
*The Wacom Desktop Center now has a direct link to the Wacom ID account. A new Tip-Up Assist feature helps with pixel-accurate positioning of objects (vector lines, nodes and other control points) on high resolution screens (for Pro Pen 2, Pro Pen 3D and Pro Pen Slim users).
I specifically looked for a Bamboo because I needed to replace my old Wacom Graphire3 on a Mac that runs 10.6.8. Per Wacom’s site, this tablet is supposed to work on older operating systems, but the included CD was worthless to me. I was able to download the correct driver from Wacom’s website, but this was irritating. Support has been added for the One by Wacom pen tablet (CTL-471 & CTL-671). To take advantage of the Pro driver features simply remove the old consumer driver (5.3.) and install 6.3.25.
